Get started with a solar assessment for your building

Is your building eligible?

  • Maximum of 8 storeys.*
  • Less than 50 apartments, units or townhouses with a common property rooftop per owners' corporation.
  • Median Capital Improvement Lot Value of $950,000 or under.
  • Located in Victoria.
  • Not on an embedded electricity network.
  • A solar panel system has not been installed in the last 10 years (excl. existing common area systems).
  • It is not a retirement village, a commercial building or owned by a local council, a property developer or a community housing organisation.

Steps to getting a grant for shared solar
Step 1

Get a solar feasibility assessment

Fill out the form above, and we will work with you to confirm your eligibility.

We'll then provide a complimentary shared solar assessment outlining how solar can work for your property.
Step 2

Apply for the Solar Victoria grant

You now have most of the info you need to complete the application and access up to $2,800 in grants per apartment!

We'll walk you through every step of the process.
Step 3

Install solar & start saving

Now that you've been approved for the grant, you'll be able to get solar installed on your shared rooftop.
