Get started with a solar assessment for your building

Is your building eligible?

  • Must be in New South Wales.
  • Multi-dwelling residential blocks including units, apartments and townhouses.
  • Registered under the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015.
  • Must have an active strata insurance policy.
  • A minimum of 3 residential lots and no more than 55 residential lots.
  • A solar panel system has not been installed in the last 10 years.

Steps to getting a grant for shared solar
Step 1

Get a solar feasibility assessment

Fill out the form above, and we will work with you to confirm your eligibility.

We'll then provide a complimentary shared solar assessment outlining how solar can work for your property.
Step 2

Apply for the NSW solar grant

You now have most of the info you need for your owners' corporation or strata manager to apply for the grant on behalf of your building.

We'll walk you through every step of the process.
Step 3

Install solar & start saving

Now that you've been approved for the grant, you'll be able to get solar installed on your shared rooftop.
