1. Lane Cove
Suburbs: Greenwich, Lane Cove
Sustainability Rebates:
- Solar: 25% (up to $1,000/apartment), 25% (up to $5,000/common area)
- Solar Battery: 10% (up to $1,000/apartment or common area)
- Electric Vehicle Chargers: 25% (up to $500/apartment), 25% (up to $4,000/common area)
2. Ku-ring-gai
Suburbs: Killara, Gordon, Lindfield, St Ives, Roseville
Energy Smart Rebates: Up to $6,000 per apartment building with 50% co-funding for:
- Shared EV Chargepoint: up to $2,000
- Solar (for min. 8 units): up to $4,000
3. Waverley
Suburbs: Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction, Bronte, North Bondi, Dover Heights
Rebate Details: 20% rebate (up to $4,000) for solar installations in apartment buildings. This offer is part of a 12-month trial and is available until 30 June 2024 only.
4. North Sydney
Suburbs: Waverton, Neutral Bay, Crows Nest
Note: A new program is anticipated in the near future.
5. Randwick
Suburbs: Coogee, Maroubra, Chifley
Sustainability Rebates:
- Apartment Block EV Charger: 25% (up to $5,000)
- Solar PV: 10% (up to $5,000)
- Battery: 10% (up to $2,000)
