Billions in UK funding available for retrofit solar
With billions in UK decarbonisation funding available through initiatives like the Warm Homes Plan, SolShare ensures blocks of flats don't miss out by unlocking these grants, improving EPC ratings, and lowering tenant bills from a single rooftop system.
Warm Homes Plan
The Warm Homes Plan is the UK government’s £15 billion initiative, it aims to triple UK rooftop solar by 2030.
SolShare gives you a scalable, future-proofed technology to deploy solar rapidly across your apartment blocks, boosting SAP ratings and lowering energy bill for residents.

Cairn Housing: Towerhill road, Thurso | 24 flats

Previous successful funding schemes using Allume’s SolShare
Allume secured £8.3 million in ECO4 funding to decarbonise over 325 flats and 200 houses across the UK. Partnering with leading providers like Peabody, Wheatley Group, and Alpha Living, we delivered fully funded retrofits to housing providers. The impact was immediate: participating schemes achieved high EPC ratings (often jumping from E to A) at zero cost to the landlord.
View case studyThis fund has been replaced by WH:SHF, but it remains relevant as SolShare was specified in previous successful waves by organisations including: Brunelcare Housing, Haig Housing, London Borough of Enfield, London Borough of Lewisham, and Your Housing Group.
