We were featured in Yahoo Finance Australia this week in a piece by Sophie Venz that highlights the massive savings Australian apartment residents are missing out on as a result of not installing rooftop solar. The article follows Wendy Pryor, a 69-year-old retiree and Allume customer in Sydney's Waverton, whose apartment building's SolShare solar system – paired with EV charging – has cut her annual power bill from $653 to $268, a saving of $385 a year.
"Multiplying this figure by the number of people living in apartments without solar results in savings of between $906-935 million missed out on nationally, according to analysis from solar technology company Allume Energy."
